Graduate Design / Development Engineer – Oxford – c.£25-30k d.o.e
This is a great opportunity for a recent Graduate Design / Development Engineer (ideally with a relevant work placement) with a good degree and some auto engine design or development experience to work on complex, base engine dynamic mechanism design for a very successful design & development business.
The successful Graduate Design / Development Engineer will work on a range of interesting and challenging projects from concept through design and analysis, draughting, manufacture, assembly and testing.
Candidate requirements will include:
• Degree or higher qualification in Mechanical, Automotive or Motorsport Engineering
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of internal combustion engines
• Knowledge of engine design, ideally cylinder head and valve train
• CAD literate, solid modelling would be of particular interest
• Some experience of Matlab, FEA and other computational software
