MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER - ENGINEERING - AEROSPACE - HERTFORDSHIRE - COMPETETIVE SALARY

I have an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to investigate and problem solve current and new product introduction manufacturing issues whilst providing business improvement solutions and process development of core technologies for a globally-oriented supplier of specialised components and assemblies to the aerospace industry. Commutable from Luton, Chelmsford, Colchester, Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Northampton.

You will provide leadership and guidance through the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques to deliver projects on time and within budget whilst ensuring "Best Practice" engineering and production strategies are utilised.

You must have:

- First-hand experience of Lean Manufacturing line solutions within an Aerospace or similar industry
Or
- First-hand experience of Laser Cutting/or working with high temperature alloys
- Educated to at least an HNC/HND level or higher
- Knowledge of hot forming processes would be advantageous
- Able to carry out analysis of process/tooling design and definition

Interviews will commence with immediate effect with a view to starting as soon as 18th February.
