Research and Development Manager - Northern England

My client is recruiting for a Research and Development Manager to lead the development function within R and D department of an international market leading branded business.
Your role will be to manage all the research, development and delivery activities related to new products, engineering change requests and ongoing engineering requirements.

Key Deliverables include
- Concept development of all new products
- Research, development, testing and approval of new products.
- Delivery of all development activities for product support, warranty and engineering change.
- Complex problem solving.
- Team working within R and D and within other stakeholder departments.
- Technical support to Quality, Production and Service.
If you have a technical development background and possess a reputation for specifying, creating, upgrading and managing product development then this role may be for you. This is a pivotal position enabling the successful candidate to mould the future direction of the product range within a Brand leading and commercially successful business.
