Essential Requirements:

An in-depth understanding of the SW development process within low-cost and high volume systems

You must have experience with,
- Mass Production environments
- Working in Multi-disciplinary teams
- Clear communication skills with external agents, partners, clients and suppliers alike
- Experience with [UML, AUTOSAR, Analogue/Digital Hardware], whilst knowledge of SW Test and Validation planning and specification would also be desirable but not essential.

This division is part of a large corporate group that supplies portable and modular buildings. Working within an open planned environment you will be providing telesales, commercial and administrative support whilst achieving order levels and agreed margins.

This role is responsible for:
- Carry out structured business development, including "cold calling" within the area designated, in order to achieve order targets.
- Respond to customer enquiries to generate orders.
- Achieve hire orders and other KPI targets.
- Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements.
- Complete customer care programme to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities.

Do you have a deep knowledge of the principles and processes involved in logistics project management?   Are you experienced at a managerial level within the automotive industry?

A market leader in high volume off-road vehicles requires someone with a proven and successful track record in the project management of driving change within an automotive design and aftersales environment for a 12 month contract based in Whitley, West Midlands.

Utilising your leadership skills coupled with a highly numerate mind, you will be instrumental in interpreting a variety of economic and technological factors to create strategies for the parts and accessories inventory to deliver a competitive edge to this client.

You will have knowledge of;

• Logistics management
• Automotive Design and Aftersales
• Project management
• Automotive parts and accessories inventory
• SAP Systems (general working knowledge)

You must have a track record within these areas; this role is a unique opportunity for a forward thinking individual and in addition to being a 12 month contract comes with an attractive contract rate of £45.60 per hour. This position will be based in Whitley, West Midlands.

You should have familiarity with SAP systems and be highly numerate, qualified to a degree – preferably postgraduate - level. Project management experience is essential, ideally within an automotive environment with an emphasis on logistics or supply chain.

A Product Engineer with a solid background in manufacturing engineering is required to manage the development, specification and set-up of New Product Development into our clients business. This leading supplier of injection moulded plastic products based in Ashbourne, Derbyshire continues to invest in both skilled personnel and state of the art equipment within their RandD facility, constantly challenging new designs, processes and materials.

This role is responsible for:
- Managing the new product specifications in the business from concept to production to ensure they meet the requirements of their customers.
- Set-up new products on the business computer system, this would include the full Bill of Materials and Processing details.
- Produce QA Drawings to show relevant product spec details on Excel.
- Ensure we introduce new products in line with our NPD process, and review and advise how we can improve our processes.
- Use of Excel is essential
- Ability to work with internal customer and external suppliers is essential
- The ability to use AutoCAD is desired.

We are looking for an Engineer with a strong analytical skills and aptitude to solve problems.
The ability to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is critical (maybe a quality background) and a solid understanding of Excel. Being educated to degree level would be advantageous but not essential.

Our client require an Instrument Engineer to work on site based in East Yorkshire.

Typical work activities include:

Instrument specification and selection interfacing to DCS and ESD systems, understanding of project workflows and preparation of submission of design work packs. Appreciation of current standards and legislative matters, maintaining and modifying existing systems, managing operations, working collaboratively with Design Engineers, Operations Engineers, Purchasers and other internal staff. Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities, trouble shooting and problem solving. Understanding and ensuring compliance with the health and safety regulations and quality standards of the country in which work is undertaken. Providing advice and consultancy support, accepting responsibility and a level of accountability commensurate with the seniority of the position.

Skills and Qualifications:
HND or equivalent and relevant experience

Working Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime as and when required.
