Ownership of the projects from kick off to product launch in the plant, using the companies processes to assure the project meets both customer and business objectives for cost, quality, delivery and performance.

Develop project plans (project scope, timelines, cost, resources, risk, quality, communications and procurement) then lead and deploy overall project timing to the team.

Coordinate the cross functional teams to develop and implement plans to fit within timelines and key dates.

Conduct regular project team meetings and ensure teams are accountable for their deliverables and timelines, and manage risk escalation and resolution.

Lead and apply PDP process, PDP Gate reviews and support Engineering to run PDP Design reviews.

Support divisional initiative for tracking flawless launch of all new product programs

Prepare minutes/action plans following meetings to ensure all parties are appraised of progress at all times

Ideally the Project Manager will be fluent in German, speaking, reading and writing.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Construction of CFD models from CAD geometry using OEM toolset e.g.: Star CCM+ / Catia V5 Report Writing.

Skills Preferred:
CAD Proficient.

Description
The PMST leader will be responsible for the introduction of a telematics system into 14MY vehicles. Duties will include but not limited to: Developing and maintaining a timing plan in conjunction with the suppliers and stakeholders to deliver the telematics feature in line with the vehicle timing. Documentation of all processes involved in the delivery of telematics into the vehicle programmes, manufacturing and service. Project and supplier manage of the tier 1 supplier to ensure cost, quality and timing are achieved. Releasing of parts into the production systems. Managing issues and their respective resolution and glidepath - with the use of quality tools such as Fault Tree Analysis, Global 8D, FMEA.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Project management skills essential. Knowledge of issue management and component release processes essential. Knowledge and application of quality and problem solving tools essential. Knowledge of MOST/CAN based infotainment systems desirable.

Working as part of the hybrid systems team the chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Capturing and documenting system requirements in a robust manner.
Cascading system requirements to sub-systems within/outside the hybrid Centres Of Competence.
Ensuring full traceability of requirements complete functional cascade documentation.
Hybrid use case development to aid in system definition.
Ensuring all robustness / quality processes are followed and built in to the system design.
Coaching / assisting other team members in quality processes.

Job Requirements
Delivering the systems p-diagrams, FMEAs, RDMs, quality history etc to meet all the requirements on the QOS.
Working closely with the systems leads and functional safety leads.
Pulling together and driving cross-functional teams as required to deliver the above.

Skills Required:
Applicants should ideally be qualified to degree level.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead the resolution of technical and process issues within a Project Team environment.
