Our client a forward thinking solutions provider to some of the worlds leading automotive organisations is currently looking to further strengthen their Senior Management Team with the appointment of a Senior Programme Manager/Head of Programme Management to drive forward programme initiatives and activities in meeting the business growth aspirations.
They are looking for a commercially astute individual who has been responsible for managing and leading multiple programmes globally to ensure key deliverables are achieved with stringent time and budgetary constraints.
As the Lead on many automotive programmes you will be responsible for the developing key relationships with both customers and suppliers whilst showing strong leadership qualities in developing teams, process and systems to achieve the organisations corporate goals and strategic objectives.
Applications are welcomed from qualified individuals who are currently performing a similar role and have a proven pedigree in successfully leading and delivering cross functional, strategic programmes on an international basis within a highly pressurised and challenging environment. The ability to manage teams within a matrix organisation allied with best practices initiatives and PRINCE2 qualification would be a distinct advantage.
