Aftermarket Pricing Specialist required by global supplier of electronic systems to the aerospace industry for both civil and defence applications. As Aftermarket Pricing Specialist you will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. You will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope and have the understanding and experience to execute business objections. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals and sits within the sales operations and support structure.
To identify scope and execute strategic price process improvement projects utilising Lean and other approaches to improve the business overall capability to measure and report price, scope the issue then define, build and implement solution to measure price effectively for OC project jobs, work with IT and other necessary cross functional teams to build an automated global solution for price visibility and integrate it into existing analytical tools IBW and Metreol, work with cross functional teams to define floor, target and ceiling pricing for project job components and utilise Lean Six Sigma to identify and optimise up-front needed process improvements for data capturing to facilitate price measurement process on project jobs then implement changes. You will also devise a process to see as ordered vs. as executed to better understand the types of projects, regions and customers that the most and least profitable and create region scorecard(s) / dashboard(s) by project type, customer and segment for project job pricing, for leadership, as necessary.
You will be from a commercial background, working to develop pricing strategy within an aftermarket (spares and repairs) role ideally aerospace.

You must have a Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or similar level of knowledge and experience, demonstrable experience in Pricing and proven experience in operations of ITO or OTR.
