Design & Development Engineer

Caterham Cars require a Design and Development Engineer to provide design and development of new and existing vehicles.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Design and Development Engineer will involve designing of new automotive parts, developing existing parts and products through prototyping, creating and modifying BOM and into production. There will also be a requirement to problem solve on-going production, current engineering and development challenges. The Design and Development Engineer will be required to liaise with and project-manage suppliers involved in external production.
Degree qualified, candidates should have all round vehicle engineering experience with a strong technical knowledge to take responsibility for vehicle development. Use of Solidworks and/or CATIA V5.
