A Body Project Co-ordinator is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Warwickshire.

Description
The successful candidate will be required to work with minimal supervision. Flexibility is a main requirement where the type tasks can vary from day to day. Body Structure Aims management, involving the regular collation, assignment and distribution of departmental Aims to the body teams. Creation of Body Structure DFMEA quality documentation to support Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) criteria and GPDS programme timing. WERs releasing of Body Structures parts to support S, T & P release phases. PACN approval co-ordination. Preparation of the supplier Request for Quote (RFQ) pack, Cost Packs and supplier nomination support. BOM creation for various Body Structure build phases, incorporating part validation, part buy-off and quality loops.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Project management capability Excellent communications and presentation skills. Ability to communicate at all levels. Experience in use of engineering tools z FMEA, WERS, PACN, AIMS. PC Literacy z Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.

Skills Preferred:
Engineering knowledge of Body Structures component design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements.

Details
Experience Required:
Experience of relevant components, systems, materials and production processes used in the manufacture of the components. Experience of Product Change systems. Knowledge of FPDS project management process.

Experience Preferred:
Experience of working within a team environment.

Education Required:
Ideally degree educated, in a relevant field or subject.

Additional Information:
May require travel to various sites, including Gaydon, Solihull Halewood, and occasionally supplier sites.
