-Responsible for taking a lead on Project Quality for a number of New Product Introductions.

The machinery in question is a 5 axis cylindrical grinder. You must have Landis grinding knowledge and the ability to use CAM also; the finished products are measured using an Adcole measuring machine. The role requires you to be apprentice trained or educated to NVQ Level 3 standards with proven Grinding experience as it's a role that will begin straight away. The experience that you have gained must be from a high precision environment and be used to working to tolerances of less than 5 microns.

A small firm of social housing specialists are in need of a Project/Senior level Architect. They are a small, close knit team who are very busy at the moment and have projects lined up for the next year at least.
The practice works, almost exclusively, on social housing schemes (up to 300 units) with a bias towards extra care and sheltered accommodation. The role is at the forefront of the design process, taking schemes from Stage A and moving them through to D, competent technical ability would be very useful.

The schemes are largely dictated by funding and stringent HQI"s so we are looking for a person who ca maximise the potential of a site incorporating as much design as possible.
A track record of working in this sector would be very beneficial but not a pre requisite. The firm are ArchiCAD based so proficiency in this package would be very advantageous, they use V15 and render in Artlantis.
The position is one that the firm have fast tracked for Associate Director level too, so it offers genuine career opportunity. The are situated in a lovely part on the outskirts of Birmingham and less than 5 mins walk from the local train station.
