Manufacture equipment predominantly for process industry particularly pertochem, water ,steel industries. Manufacturing includes machining, metal manipulation and assembly. There is also a full design facility on site as well as the sales and marketing function. The brand is well known and there are now plans to expand the business considerably.
Take full responsibility for all of manufacturing encompassing production, quality, supply chain and the development of a lean and continuous improvement culture. Candidates should be degree qualified and ideally for an assembly background. The opportunity is to influence the business strategy and to develop with the business for a more senior position. Initially the position reports to the Managing Director.
Manage all the manufacturing functions and to drive through lean and the growth plan. This is seen as the first step to prepare for a more senior role within the business.
