•Ability to manage and lead process development and business change
•Facilitation skills - ability to lead and direct cross-functional workgroups (including interaction with senior management)
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Presentation skills - ability to present to senior management and deliver rollout/training material
Skills Preferred:
Process/value stream mapping
Details
Experience Required:
Experience of successfully leading/managing business change in the commercial environment of a medium to large enterprise.
Experience Preferred:
Experience of purchasing in an automotive or similar environment.
Education Required:
HND or equivalent in business/process management or similar.
Education Preferred:
Degree or equivalent in business/process management or similar.
Applicants MUST have proof of immediate and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK.
