Our client is looking to add to it's expanding head-count by recruiting an experienced Quality Engineer as such we welcome applications from candidates who meet and surpass the requirements below:
Manage the Initial Sample Inspect Report system. Visit suppliers globally: - Conduct New Supplier Audits
Suppliers Development
Review drawings of new products and components.
Review production/quality concerns.
Implement corrective actions.
Goods Inwards inspection, reviewing components at Goods Inwards against the drawing and if acceptable approve the components or issue appropriate corrective actions. Audit and approve warehouse assembled kits, report findings and issue corrective action requests as needed. Control the Reject System and Bonded Area. Create Monthly Reject Reports. Control Scrap System and report monthly. Review drawings between Design, Quality and Purchasing. Control Parts and Accessories design changes and implementations. Implement Warehouse process improvements. Conducting product fit and functions on motorcycles. Product inspection.
