Our client is a world leader in the manufacture and repair of gas turbine components, and due to it`s on-going growth in the UK market is seeking to appoint an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer. If you feel you meet the criteria below, please apply along with your CV for consideration Working closely with the management team to develop and improvement targets the successful candidate will coordinate Kaizen blasts to reduce waste and assist with Cell development, implementation and the development and rollout of visual production flow systems.
You will be an innovative and dynamic person who has energy and vision to lead, develop and continually improve working systems. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to teach others how to use Lean tools
- Degree Qualified in relevant area
- 6 Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt with solid experience min.)
- Proven Experience of delivering improvement programmes
- Lead Kaizen projects
