A career development opportunity for a sales professional with experience of business-to-business sales in the industrial packaging environment
THE COMPANY:
We are a privately owned, entrepreneurial manufacturing company with substantial investment capacity. We have a world-class plant and facilities operating in plastics technologies and the credibility of a blue chip client base. We have identified the industrial packaging sector as a key market opportunity.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to our Sales Director you will take responsibility for the industrial packaging market, directly influencing business plans and sales strategy. You will spearhead sales, personally winning and developing business whilst subsequently growing a distinct Industrial Packaging Division.
You may well have become disillusioned with the large company, corporate environment and will relish joining a dynamic, smaller organisation that has the ability to respond quickly and you will be given the resources and opportunities to give your aspirations full scope.
THE PERSON:
The importance of the role demands a successful, hands-on sales track record and you must demonstrate personal responsibility for recent commercial success.
Familiarity with plastics is not essential and your experience may or may not involve people management but you must have in-depth knowledge of and current business relationships in the industrial packaging market.
You should be prepared to travel extensively in the UK and your location should give ease of access to the central motorway network and our factory in theWest Midlands. Suitable locations include Birmingham,Bristol,Cheltenham,Coventry,Gloucester,Leicester,Manchester,Milton Keynes,Northampton,Nottingham,Stoke-on-Trent,Swindon,Telford,WolverhamptonandWorcester.
