The company currently supplies electronic systems to the aerospace industry for both civil and defence applications. The Aviation Systems Customer Support Manager is responsible for providing dedicated, high-quality customer support for Aviation Systems customers. This is a global role, requiring customer service management experience, as well as expertise in Aviation and Systems-specific businesses.

To develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders within assigned customer operations, lead Customer Teams (CT) for assigned customers, drive on-time responsiveness and execution of all company deliverables to the assigned customers and establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region and/or platform.

Service may include request for field support, customer training, maintenance planning, spare parts tooling, advice on operation, seminars and symposiums. You will have to effectively handle technical queries from assigned customers and be knowledgeable of and sensitive to business, social, and cultural issues significant to customers. You will also negotiate applicable concessions as they arise balancing maximum benefits /satisfaction for the customer with acceptable financial impact to the company.

You will have a Bachelor`s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent level of knowledge and experience. A degree in a technical discipline (engineering, science, maths) is preferred. You must also have significant experience in customer service management and a willingness and ability to travel.
