Our client provides fully integrated supply chain solutions that incorporate information technology, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory management and product support. The main purpose of the Market Relations Co-ordinator is to deliver unmatched dealer support and customer satisfaction by listening to the Voice of Customer feedback, getting to and understanding the root cause of the issue, then delivering the process improvement or resolution needed and communicating back to the customer.

Working within the Market Relations team you will be responsible for reaching out to the markets including Russia and China, understanding their concerns, getting to the root cause by working with teams that can positively impact the customer experience and owning problems through to resolution. You will also be responsible for obtaining the Voice of Customer through conference calls, face-to-face reviews and other contact points and for driving these issues through to a satisfactory conclusion for the customer. The role involves maintaining a high rate of contact with the customers through various routes of communication, markets and Aftersales Managers, as part of the company`s drive to exceed the customer s expectations and driving the Customer Satisfaction upwards. As a Market Relations Coordinator you will be expected to initiate change in the business, to respond to concerns raised by markets and work with other teams to investigate and see through the required actions.

You must have a strong customer focus and have an understanding of Dealer customer / Dealer networks and parts ordering. You must be able to identify solutions for customers and have excellent problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills are required in order to develop both the team and the company`s relationship with the client. In addition, you must be able to manage and work effectively within the team and internal support departments, must be highly motivated with strong organisational skills, self-motivated, flexible and a team player. You will need an understanding of the automotive aftermarket and service logistics processes and functions and will require well-developed written and oral communication skills. You must also possess a diving license.
