Senior Order Analyst

To receive OEM Customer demand for Aftermarket Sales and supply product to order. This position manages the parts administration function end to end from receiving customer demand through to co-ordinating dispatching of parts.
Receive, input and update customer schedules, including the running of the weekly aftermarket production planning meeting
Liaise with customers and internal process partners and suppliers to ensure customer needs are met according to production schedule.
Create and maintain customer price lists annually.
Co-ordinate dispatching of parts through daily control of Parts Picking, packing and dispatch
Graduate with 24 months Sales / Procurement / Material Planning / experience.
Advanced Microsoft excel skills.
Proven track record understand customer schedules and update production planning systems accordingly. Experience at leading a small team in achievement of objectives manage people.
