Lean Change Facilitator
Surrey, England

A leading manufacturer of Personal and Respiratory Protective Equipment  are now looking for a Lean Change Facilitator to assist the Head of Operations in a lean manufacturing transformation.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the lean transformation process.
- Manage and facilitate continuous improvement activities.
- Help develop the performance measurement system.
- Support the Operations Manager in all aspects of the operation functions.

Qualifications and experience:
- Ideally an Automotive background and preferably degree qualified.
- Hands on experience leading at least two lean transformations in a batch production plant or department, including:
- Determining the future work flow using value stream mapping or process mapping.
- Developing and implementing work cells.
- Managing Kaizen events.

Personal attributes:
- Analytical with good attention to detail
- Systematic (process driven)
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work with little supervision (self-driven).
