We are recruiting for a Voice/IPT Implementer and Support on a 12-month contract based in Leicester.
The Voice/IPT Implementer and Support is part of a network team supporting number of initiatives across the business and it's Business Units partners. Typical implementation includes migration of legacy phone systems to the IPT solution (IP telephony - phones).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Voice Team in IPT implementations and support. On site implementation, will work with a project manager and have responsibilities of the technical side. On IPT cluster implementation, will install, support voice deployment following corporate standards and templates. Be responsible for accurate documentation for all the projects. In addition to the implementation role, will provide high level of support (level 2 - level 3) on the existing voice infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* CCNP/CCVP or equivalent level.
* Experience working on a network/telecommunication vendor environment is a plus.
* High diplomatic skills to interact with various contacts such as local IT, regional IT and project manager as well as vendors or local site leaders.
* French or/and Italian/German language would be a plus.
