Manpower Planning/Principal Engineer-Automotive OEM-Kaizen Based

This world renowned client is a market leader in luxury and high volume off-road vehicles, with their design and manufacturing hub in the Midlands. This is a great opportunity to be part of an established and successful maintenance team to provide in depth planning using Kaizen projects amongst other techniques. This role has a specific requirement in relation to the planning of manpower and the controlling of capitol expenditure including data analysis and collation.
This will be forecast planning of the new T5 project Body in White using AOR/ROR analysis techniques; a role that will develop once the incumbent is up to speed and the firm offer vast opportunities internally for promotion or to move into other areas.
