REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a person with a proven track record as a Manufacturing/Production Engineer. The role will report to the Director of Manufacturing who is establishing several new Quality procedures within the firm with the first being a MRP system.
You will need to have experience in FMEA"s, control plans or process documents with experience of working within the CNC environment. This is not a hands on CNC role though but you could be helping out by editing programmes or setting machines. Overall this role is to exercise experience you have gained in another practice with a view to implement procedures that you see fit to make the client better.
Any background in lean or continual improvement would be great, they work to 5S standards so this would be a pre requisite. If you have a medical background, that would be perfect as the firm are working to ISO13485 standards.

Much of the work they do is bespoke having worked in unison with medical professionals, however they also have "off the shelf" type products which are made to mass volumes.
