Product Engineer
Warwick/Rugby/Kenilworth/Coventry.
Product Engineer with experience of managing the engineering content for new programme launches and manage the engineering content of GPDS/APQP.
They will require the following skills
Essential:
Automotive knowledge and experience
Strong engineering / manufacturing background
Customer communication and interface
Design for manufacture experience
Knowledge of GPDS / APQP process
Willingness to travel.
The Desirable Skills:
3-5 Years experience in similar role
Working knowledge / experience of Jaguar / Land Rover / Ford systems
CAD appreciation / data transfer knowledge
Product knowledge of fluid carrying under bonnet hose and tube assemblies:
Turbo charging oil lubrication and cooling line.
Oil cooling line
Engine coolant lines
Fuel lines plastic and metal
Power steering lines
Brake lines.
The role based in the West midlands will involve driving for continuous improvement of engineering and company processes.
