This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the world's most iconic brands. br
Williams Advanced Engineering, located at Williams F1 Headquarters in Oxfordshire, will provide Jaguar with a direct technology transfer of their engineering expertise for the new Jaguar C-X75 hybrid supercar, they are now looking for a Vehicle Integration Development Engineer. Reporting to the Vehicle Engineering Manager the candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Vehicle Integration of C-X75.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the engineering activity for creation of an all new road car through CAE evaluation and verification into physical vehicle test and tuning up to Engineering Sign Off

The role will now focus on Vehicle Build problem resolution, vehicle shakedown and vehicle test. The role involves contact with all aspects of vehicle design and development with the objective being to balance functional, attribute and customer requirements to create the optimum design.

Key Responsibilities and Activities,
- Prototype build support and issue resolution
- Vehicle Functional Test and support
- Vehicle Data Logging
- Ownership of engineering issues escalation and resolution
- Ownership of CAE/Virtual assessment plan, correlation with physical test, and CAE sign off for all attributes.
- Ownership of Physical vehicle and rig test plan, including prototype vehicle definition and build.
- Ownership of prototype vehicle status documents and vehicle specification.

Degree qualifiedm candidates will be a confident, self-motivated leader with good people skills and an ability to be agile whilst delivering a high quality end product on time.
- Advanced driving and vehicle evaluation skills
- Experience of vehicle testing, and the ability to work in remote locations and deliver high quality test output.
- A good understanding of activities involved with whole Vehicle engineering from end to end of product development.
- Experience of vehicle programme delivery for OEM, Low Volume or Motorsport project.
- An understanding of how to optimize an engineering plan between CAE/ Virtual testing and physical testing.
- Candidate must have ability to work with and negotiate with other functions to achieve common objectives
