They are now looking for 6 Junior Calibration Engineers to provide first-class technology, high-value services and impressive quality.

The Junior Calibration Engineers will form part of a new team based in Coventry.



The main duties include:>br>


Calibration of engine management systems for UK customers.

Planning, executing and evaluation of measurements at test bench and in the vehicle.

Optimization of the corresponding parameters (e.g. engine base calibration, vehicle calibration, on board diagnostics).

Customer contact for technical questions.

Carry out tests at engine test beds and test vehicles, function tests and data analyses.

Creation of technical development reports (in English) to report the final status of the completed calibration tasks.

Initial operation, calibration and verification of specific functions at the engine, vehicle dynamometers or test track.

Effort estimation and planning of own calibration tasks.

Evaluation of customer requirements and create test plans and test reports.

Participation at test trips (summer, winter, altitude tests, test tracks).

Presentation, discussion and approval of the results at customer.

The Junior Calibration Engineers will hold a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (MSc , MEng, BEng)



Ideally calibration experience in automotive engine development


Job/Technical Skills

Good technical analysis and logical thinking, solution-oriented

Good in technical reporting and scheduling



Applicants must have current UK driving license and speak a good standard of English.

For these positions we are seeking Calibration Engineers with experience of or relevant knowledge of Engine/ECU Calibration.
