ABOUT OUR GRADUATE SCHEME 
Our commercial graduate scheme is designed to train the business leaders of tomorrow in a world leading Engineering company. The scheme is focused on developing your professional skills within the elements of business and commercial management. 
Our graduates have the chance of working in challenging and dynamic areas such as Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain and After-Sales Support. Projects will vary from analytical to consultancy and management based roles exposing you to all levels within the business as well as national and international customers. 

Our graduates will exit into the business with a three to five year management and leadership career path earmarked for them. Along the way you will be supported by our learning and development philosophy offering continued mentoring, training and "hands on" learning opportunities. 

Your development is seen as key to the long term success of our business! 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 
You will have graduated with a degree, 2:1 or above only please in a relevant Business Management or Engineering subject and have a real passion for technology and engineering. This is a commercially biased graduate programme and a strong appreciation of the commercial drivers within a business environment is essential. 

This is a flexible graduate programme that can be moulded to your own personal skills and requirements. Our successful graduate will possess the confidence and energy to steer this process of development and learning. 

Adaptability will be a key quality of the successful graduate. Exposure to different environments, tasks and personalities, including Directors and Senior Managers will test the confidence, communication and presentation skills of the graduate on this programme. 

Project work will form a major part of our graduate programme therefore good organisation, planning and time management skills are required. Day-to-day involvement on live projects will demand analytical and problem solving abilities as well as interpersonal and team working skills. 

Most importantly, we are looking for a graduate with a willingness to learn, develop, engage and support the business throughout the graduate programme and beyond.
