This role is based at our Clients organisation in theMidlands.  It is part of a global £350m t/o group focused on the supply of precision components to the aerospace and medical sectors.  Based on a comprehensive in-house machining, processing and finishing capability, their Midlands facility primarily supplies components for aero engine applications.

With continuing opportunities for development and growth within the civil aviation sectors, an opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead and develop this manufacturing site beyond its current position where change to its culture and approach will provide success.

This role will require a candidate who has a strong and relevant experience of manufacturing and delivering components to the global aerospace sector.  Operational exposure supported by a lean and continuous development focus is a pre-requisite.

success.  You will need to be confident, highly focused, and have the ability to lead from the offset.
