The commercial graduate scheme is designed to train the business leaders of tomorrow in a world leading Engineering company. The scheme is focused on developing your professional skills within the elements of business and commercial management.
Graduates will have the chance of working in challenging and dynamic areas and projects will vary from analytical to consultancy and management based roles exposing you to all levels within the business as well as national and international customers.

So what do you need?
You will have graduated with a degree, 2:1 or above only please in a relevant Business Management or Engineering subject and have a real passion for technology and engineering. This is a commercially biased graduate programme and a strong appreciation of the commercial drivers within a business environment is essential.
Project work will form a major part of our graduate programme therefore good organisation, planning and time management skills are required. Day-to-day involvement on live projects will demand analytical and problem solving abilities as well as interpersonal and team working skills. Most importantly, we are looking for a graduate with a willingness to learn, develop, engage and support the business throughout the graduate programme and beyond.
