Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer / SQA / STA / SQE - Automotive - to 35K - wednesbury (commutable Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Telford)

Role:

A Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer is required to joing this automotive tier 1 supplier of chassis components.  The company is involved in ferrous machined parts, fabrications, CNC and robotic fabrication.  The SQA engineer will report to the Purchasing Manager and be responsible for auditing/validating suppliers for NPI. modifications and new suppliers.  Aside from auditing you will also ensure conformance is maintained and deal with any external quality issues on bought out parts

Requirments:

- Minimum HNC in engineering

- Previous SQA experience is required or a quality engineer that can demonstrate experience of working with suppiers

- knowledge of machining and fabrication

- previous automotive experience

 

Misc:
