Our client designs, develops and manufactures technology solutions for high performance systems, delivering solutions, sub-systems and components to leading automotive and aerospace companies.
Purpose of the Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading successfully managing delivery of projects through customer requirements capture, facilitating system design and delivery of customer solutions. As the Project Manager you will act as a relationship manager between the different parts of the organisation, the customer, and other development project managers. Strong leadership is required to bring the key milestones together within a programme. Occasionally global travel will be required along with need to be present for customer conference calls during non-core work hours.
Essential Experience:
Extensive Project Management experience of high value and critical dependent projects.
Experience of managing projects through a product / system lifecycle.
Experience of managing engineering, technical or science projects in challenging and ambiguous situations.
Experience of managing high profile and demanding customers.
Proficient in the use of Project Management / Resource Tools, such as MS Project and EPM
