Process/Industrial Engineer-Automotive Supplier-Permanent
Coventry, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Nuneaton
This permanent process/industrial engineer role is based in Coventry in a tier 1 automotive company; you must be experienced in the implementation of processes and feel comfortable with overhauling existing processes and systems in house.
Experience is required in the following areas:
Proven track record of process creation (flow charts, scrap reduction, RCA etc.)
Automotive experience in a high volume environment
Experience of change management
Industrial engineering background
The role is heavily based around process overhaul and implementation; you could be from a manufacturing or industrial engineering backgrounds as long as you have implemented processes.
Any experience with implementing Lean methods or if you are a dedicated Lean professional, we would like to hear from you.
They have experienced a steady growth over this year and the role is very hands on; it would suit a person who has worked on the shopfloor beforehand; it will be working with other similar professionals including Quality Engineers and Continuous Improvement Engineers.
This role is an immediate start due to workloads with very quick responses from the client; interviews can be arranged immediately with a view to start as soon as you can.
Excellent market salary based on days with benefits.
