A Hybrid Transmission Calibration Engineer is required to work within Hybrid on contract for our Client, an OEM specialising in luxury and SUV/Off road vehicles.

The position will be based in the West Midlands.

Positions description:
This position is part of the fast growing Hybrid Calibration Team and includes aspects of but not limited to: Developing Hybrid Specific Calibrations to deliver emissions and driveability capability Developing Hybrid Specific Calibrations to deliver the control aspects of the Hybrid Controller e.g. fault responses, engine on /off control, HMI interactions Vehicle DVM Testing HIL rig DVM testing Completing and logging vehicle emissions tests Assisting with the commissioning and debugging of early prototype vehicles Overseas testing.

Experience / education required:
-Previous Calibration experience, transmissions, engines, hybrid Prototype vehicle development activities Development vehicle commissioning.
-Exposure to calibration and control project delivery Working on prototype vehicles.
-Degree Educated.
