We are seeking an individual with the desire and abilities to:
- Drive reliability improvement across our site operation (Manufacturing/services/utilities)
- Be an expert working as part of a team in a continuous process improvement environment
- Initiate and lead plant reliability projects / programmes.
- Conduct full project execution for minor capital projects (up to $500m)
- Be involved in a range of projects from infrastructure to process plant.
- Work with a full service design contractor.
- Have accountability for delivering project in totality - cost / schedule / benefits.
- Provide technical engineering support in plant maintenance.
- Provide technical expertise to the operations team on engineering related matters.
- Support operations in higher level problem solving.
- Work with the maintenance team to achieve maintenance excellence.

The successful applicant will:
- Possess a high level of problem solving capability
- Have a sense of urgency when dealing with issues
- Have good decision making skills when under pressure
- Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to take the initiative
- Be working towards or be willing to work towards Chartered Engineer status
- Possess the ability to develop into a line management engineering role 
 
Applicants must possess a minimum 2:1 degree with a core competency in Electrical Engineering.
