Our client is a leader in engine design and manufacture. They now have a 12 month fixed term contract for a Compensation and Benefits Administrator to work with the Compensation and Benefits Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to join a busy, dynamic customer focused team.
You will provide customer support through telephone, email and face to face to company employees and the HR community on issues relating to Compensation and Benefits products, including the Employee Share Scheme (AESOP/EIP-B), Management Car Scheme, Management Medical Scheme and Equity Plan. You will also administer and data enter completed forms, monitor progress and be responsible for resolving issues with customer data. The role also encompasses responsibility for auditing and the recording of metrics.
The role requires familiarity with, or someone who is quick to learn, benefits product related issues and you must have basic problem-solving skills to identify solutions. The ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required. The position also typically requires A Levels/HNC, completion of equivalent advanced education or an equivalent on-the-job training program. In addition, two years of progressive job-related experience is required and the successful candidate must have proven experience preferably within a customer service environment. In addition, flexibility, a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team are paramount.
