Our client is one of the world`s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. Established for more than 60 years its product line-up has, more recently, moved into the design and manufacture of passenger cars, including electric vehicles. As Customer Support Manager-Electric Vehicles you will undertake extensive travel throughout the UK and Ireland and other European markets as required - the role may require upto 50% of time away from base.

As Customer Support Manager-Electric Vehicles, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of Customer Support for VSandM to achieve extraordinary customer satisfaction and positive endorsement of aftersales support for the company`s products. You must be prepared to operate independently and take decisions in the field to achieve company objectives.

You will have a degree or similar qualification in a relevant subject together with extensive experience of customer technical support in an automotive OEM including customer relationship management and delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction, aftersales operations - including service and parts and the development and control of a franchised dealer network.
