Established for over 40 years and operating internationally with a workforce of over 650, this client headquartered in Germany is experiencing rapid growth as their systems remain in high demand.
Immediately required to support this growth are a number of new Field Service Engineers who have experience of electrical systems, hydraulics and analytical instrumentation to join a national field based engineering team.
Current requirements are for engineers based in the South East of England / London region to take responsibility for attending breakdowns, periodical maintenance / upgrades and customer support.
Main applications are within the printing and packaging sectors and industry experience would be highly sort after but not essential.
Working from home, travelling in response to break down calls, servicing and installing baling and shredding machines. Engineers will be expected to provide a professional and timely response to all call out requests whilst delivering a class leading level of customer service. Ability to work under pressure, achieve tight deadlines both individually and as part of a team.
Full on the job training, overtime, company van, tools, mobile telephone, pension (after 6 months), meal allowance, paid overnight accommodation when required, 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
