We are recruiting for a Human Resource Representative on a 12-month contract based in Stafford.

As Human Resource Representative, you will join a busy team and provide an invaluable administrative support. This role will interface directly with the various customer groups, ensuring people initiatives are driven forward and implemented across the organisation. This would be an ideal development opportunity for someone looking to build upon their existing experience for future career within HR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and Selection Support:
* Coordinate and support the production recruitment and selection process
* Track and report status of recruitment of salaried and management employees

Quality Assurance and documentation retention
* Sarbanes-Oxley coordinator for the HR processes
* Ensure documentation retention is in line with documentation retention strategy

General Administrative Support
* Point of contact for general HR Queries
* Provide administration support for the HR Department, including health and safety team

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Essential:
* Considerable experience of Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills - computer literacy is a must
* Experience of working in a role that required a strong attention to detail, prioritisation and organisation
* A track record of identifying opportunities and developing solutions to make improvements
* Previous HR administrative experience

Desirable:
* CIPD qualification would be highly advantageous
* Qualifications in SHL testing would be highly advantageous
* Prior experience in a manufacturing HR environment
