Computerized Maintenance Management System  Engineer to launch a new CMMS that covers Gaydon and Whitley. The person will start from scratch, developing and creating a complete asset register of all plant and equipment, all building assets and a complete PM Schedule for all CAT1 and CAT2 plant and equipment. 

Skills Required: 

Skilled in setting up and managing a CMMS within a Facilities and Site Service department. Lease with external suppliers to choose the correct operating system. Create full PM Schedules and parts ordering. 

Skills Preferred: 

Working knowledge and experience of AutoCAD & MS Project. 

Experience Required: 

Working knowledge of buildings and services within. Previous experience and understanding of NEBOSH/IOSH and CDM. 

Education Required: 

Educated to a good standard – preferably degree – in a relevant field or subject.

Additional Information: 

Will be required to work at both Gaydon and Whitley.
