Role Summary/Purpose:

The Systems Analyst will lead projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and is a recognized expert in financial processes and change management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Establish appropriate financial process routines and controls to identify activities that may cause the misstatement of financial position
• Identify new accounting standards applicable to the business and develop appropriate implementation strategy
• Work effectively with business leaders to proactively drive key initiatives to successful conclusion
• Design processes within a new business system, the Oracle eBusiness Suite
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and executable project plans and timelines to meet critical delivery dates
• Act as an ambassador to the ERP program in preparing the organization for the changes.
• Influence leadership through business analysis, options development and presentation of recommendations
• Conduct regular project reviews to assure accomplishment of key results
• Educate and coach others on the new business application, the Oracle eBusiness Suite

Qualifications/Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar level of knowledge and experience
• Previous experience in an accounting position
• Demonstrated understanding of financial business processes
• Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials Certification

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with Organizational Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering
• Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite (preferably Release 12.x) Financials and Projects modules
• Experience of large ERP implementations
• Team player
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
• Statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
• Lean Six Sigma Certified or Corporate Audit Staff experience
• Expertise in product and project costing
