Electrical Building Services Engineer

Project Engineer - Electrical Engineering / Construction, Commercial Installation. 

Skills Required: 

Management and delivery of Electrical Engineering/Commercial/Construction Projects to include Building Management Systems (BMS/BeMS). Will be required to write Tender Specifications, select suppliers and then oversee the project through to full installation, commissioning and final acceptance. Conversant with TREND and SAUTER BeMS. 

Skills Preferred: 

Working knowledge and experience of AutoCAD & MS Project. 

Experience Required: 

Working knowledge of buildings and services within. Previous experience and understanding of NEBOSH/IOSH and CDM. 

Experience Preferred: 

Good proficiency using Microsoft packages including MS Project. Experience of Building Energy Management Systems. 

Education Required: 

Educated to a good standard – preferably degree – in a relevant field or subject.

Additional Information: 

Will be required to work at both Gaydon and Whitley.
