This is a graduate training scheme designed for exceptional candidates looking for an exciting and challenging role within a manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have a degree in engineering - preferably manufacturing or mechanical - combined with a minimum of 1 years industrial experience, either as part of the degree course or post graduation experience, ideally within manufacturing, mechanical or operations management. It will be a distinct advantage if you have knowledge of lean manufacturing methods, and an analytical approach to problem solving. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates will be bright, articulate, driven, career orientated and flexible.
