Resolution of Quality Issues identified by internal and external indicators including: CQI TGW/1000, Warranty R/1000, Warranty CPU, JD Power IQS, Radside Assists (AA). Delivery of VRT specific quality objectives, as established by the Electrical Department. Robust delivery of projects utilising standard reporting methods (AIMs) and quality tools, for example, 8D, 6 Panels DMAICR Process. Lead presentation of issues at Sub-System reviews and on occasion VQR. Managing own tasks and suppliers tasks to achieve departmental quality targets.

Skills Required:
Have a working knowledge of OEM Electrical Systems with basic understanding of CAN or MOST Networks. Ability to perform basic CAN/MOST system diagnosis. Can demonstrate an understanding of vehicle Infotainment Systems. Have good project management skills and be able to form and lead X-Functional Teams including engineers/suppliers/STA/manufacturing. Have good presentation skills. Be capable of working in a reactive environment. Be educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline. Have a quality mind-set and be familiar with quality tools, 8D, AIMs, FMEA, SPC, 6 Sigma, etc.

Experience Required:
Electrical/vehicle system knowledge and project management/problem solving experience.

Experience Preferred:
OEM specific process knowledge ideally gained in Quality or Product Development environment. Knowledge of the Halewood site.

Education Required:
It is anticipated that applicants will be educated to a degree level in an engineering or automotive discipline. However candidates with significant Electrical/vehicle experience will also be considered.
