To support GTDS projects within Electrical Engineering specifically supporting the future software infrastructure for the vehicle. This will involve:
- Reviewing standards to develop the appropriate configurations for implementations of AutoSAR.
- Building real/virtual demonstrations to verify key features of the AutoSAR platform.
- Liaising with various suppliers and key stakeholders of the project in order to develop requirements. The GTDS process will also require working with the IP Department, Purchasing and Manufacturing/Service in order to ensure that all GTDS project requirements are fulfilled.

Skills Required:
Working knowledge of AutoSAR and experience of embedded coding. Good communication Skills, written and oral. Good organisational and project management skills. Familiarity with different communication network technologies and architectures.

Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of ECU simulation technologies. Knowledge of model based design approaches.

Experience Required:
Experience of embedded coding. Project management experience, preferably with knowledge and understanding of development processes. Formal report writing.

Experience Preferred:
Experience of working with AutoSAR. Knowledge of the AutoSAR standards.

Education Required:
Educated to degree level, in an appropriate discipline.

Additional Information:
Mainly based at Gaydon, but will be required to spend certain days at Whitley, Warwick University, and Loughborough University.
