A Hire Controller ideally with a degree related discipline to the construction sector is required to drive forward the commercial success of this UK leading modular building construction company. Working within a small but successful sales team you will be targeted to maximise business opportunities in and around the Aberdeen area. Using a consultative style of selling with technical knowledge you will be preparing drawings/quotations using AutoCAD and SAP respectively.
You will have experience with:
- Business development within the construction sector.
- Selling in a high customer service environment with a technical bias.
- Experienced with written presentation work (floor plans or other drawn work).
This role has a salary circa £25k plus company car and excellent bonus structure. Being educated to degree level would be advantageous however we would also consider applicants a HNC in a construction related subject. This is a sales development role that would suit someone from either a Space Planning/kitchen design or interior design background with the ability to talk enthusiastically to customers whilst assuring them with a solid technical understanding. You will be required to have a full UK driving licence.
