Sales Engineer - UK - Excellent Package

Our Client is a privately owned Group of companies based in the UK with a growing portfolio of Aerospace, Industrial Gas Turbine and Industrial customers.
Over the last 2-years, they have won significant business projects for global customers and as part of this prominent activity, are now seeking a Sales Engineer to develop additional £1m+ opportunities on a UK basis.
The opportunities to be targeted will provide our Client with short to mid-term successes where their comprehensive range of machining and added value processes can be applied to customers inside and outside of their core industries.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a good engineering knowledge, wherever possible on a machined product basis. You will need to be a dynamic sales professional who will have tenacity and professionalism to focus on the development of new customers and opportunities to provide business wins on a short-term basis. This is considered an active field based role but would be centralised to the Head Office, based in Birmingham.
Salary is indicated at being circa £30k but would be supported by bonus opportunities applied against to be agreed targets. The role will have a company car and pension and will be supported by a laptop and phone.
