Our client is a prestigious Logistics company who are looking to recruit a Reverse Logistics Administrator.  

Your role will encompass a resolution of backorders, coordinating the redistribution activity for return of parts from around the global network, providing a 48hr resolution to dealers.

JOB DUTIES: 

You will be required to work closely with the Customer Support, Operations, Transport and Inbound Logistics teams along with the global Company network and global Dealer network.

• Identifying stock pull back opportunities from the global Company network to satisfy current backorders
• Facilitating the returns process for daily redistribution returns from the European and North American facilities
• Coordinating the returns of material via the dealer stock availability tool

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Logistics environment.
• Excellent Microsoft package skills.
• Strong planning & organising skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• You will need to have good attention to detail and take ownership of issues through to completion.
• SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
