A Technical Analyst and Release Specialist is required to work within Hybrid on contract for our Client, an OEM specialising in luxury and SUV/Off road vehicles.
The position will be based in the West Midlands.
Positions description:
Able to analyse problems and develop effective solutions. Must have good, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced level of numeric and analytical skills using Excel Advance knowledge/skills of MS office applications Work with the Hybrids teams to compile and respond to PDL"s - own the task. Knowledge/Experience of OEM systems and familiarity with FMC / OEM WERS, AIMS, PACN and eFDVS tools are essential. Commitment, Flexibility, Self-Motivation for the role are necessary attributes for this position.
Experience / education required:
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-confidence, being self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision are the personal qualities needed to succeed in this high-pressure environment.
- An ability to assist in the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team and Business Office environment.
- An ability to evaluate the progress of Quality, Cost, Functional and Timing status for all engineering areas.
- Previous experience within Core Engineering is desirable as is a good knowledge of product development processes.
- Experience of project or supplier.
- Be qualified to HND/degree level.
