Test Track Drivers are required work within Chassis Engineering on contract for our Client, an OEM specialising in luxury and SUV/Off road vehicles.

The position will be based in Sweden.

Positions description:
The applicant will be required to drive validation manoeuvres in the whole range of Luxury/Sport/SUV vehicles and assess their performance against the requirements of the Manoeuvres Catalogue and targets applicable to the specific vehicle project.

Experience / education required:

• High level test driving skills at and beyond the adhesion limit in low mu test environments.
• Ability to precise and repeatedly follow the requirements of a driving manoeuvre instruction.
• Ability to run in vehicle data capture software to record driving manoeuvres and outcomes Ability to write and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to discuss, subjectively and objectively, vehicle and system behaviours with supervisory team members.
• Stability control systems tuning experience would be an advantage.
• High performance test driving in a range of vehicles and environments (e.g. high and low mu)
