Software Design Engineer - Aerospace and Defence - Essex

Our client requires a Software Design Engineer to work with hardware and systems design team to design embedded controllers for amplifiers and power supply systems. Our client design, develop and manufacture inspirational high technology engineering solutions for the most exacting requirements of global systems companies.

Essential experience:-
- Programming in embedded C, ideally some Assembler code
- Programming in VC or VB to create and update Graphic User Interfaces
- Proven experience on working in an embedded environment
- Real time programming experience
- Experience of interfacing with high speed digital and analogue electronics and FPGA
- Proven ability to develop knowledge of, document, archive and support legacy software code
- Using and developing serial protocols for user interface and development tools.

Our client is seeking a degree qualified engineer with experience in the field of Software design . Attractive salary plus benefits depending on experience applicants must be security cleared or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
