A Senior Project Estimator ideally degree qualified within the construction sector is required for a developing team based in Hamilton for a UK leading modular building construction company. This Senior Project Estimators work will involve estimating for quotations, tenders and works orders prior to production planning and manufacture. In order to meet increasing demands you will need to be fully IT proficient ideally with a strong background in Excel, Word, AutoCAD and SAP.

You will have experience with:
- Managing a "Bid Team" on larger tenders (£2 to £5million) bringing together the resources both internally and externally to ensure final submissions are commercially attractive to customers.
- Preparing and checking submissions on all outgoing tenders, estimates and proposals ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- To communicate with Project Managers early in the process to advice on any contract or tender instructions required during delivery and when requested to support the delivery of the project attending client meetings either pre or post contract as needed.

This role has a salary circa £32k plus bonus. Being educated to degree level would be advantageous however we would also consider applicants a HNC in a construction related subject.

You will be experienced with building practices and will have operated in a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager or Estimating position previously. You will be required to have a full UK driving licence.
